A Company Lead is a permission level that some would call ADMIN access. Company Leads have full account access to:

  • Create and delete teams

  • Create and delete Team Leads

  • Create and delete user accounts

  • View all team data

  • View individual team data

  • Start and delete Playbooks

How many Company Leads should you have?

Ultimately, this depends on the size of your company, the structure of your team, and your business function.

For example, your typical SaaS Sales Team, consisting of a VP of Sales, three Sales Directors, and multiple types of sales teams (inbound, outbound, enterprise etc.) would have anywhere between one Company Lead (VP) or four Company Leads (VP and Directors.)
