The Culture Index is an indicator of cultural trust, diversity, and commitment to the mission and values of an organization.
Culture is one of three "fields" whose average score makes up the Performance Index. The Culture Index takes scores coming from two "tracks" within the field.
Track 1: D&I (Diversity & Inclusion)
At LEON - we define Diversity & Inclusion as the presence of differences within a given setting, including processes and programs that are impartial, fair, and provide equal possible outcomes for every individual. Inclusion is the practice of ensuring that people feel a sense of belonging in the workplace.
Track 2: Alignment
At LEON - we define Alignment as the trust, communication, and relationships that exist between managers and employees. Alignment also relates to one's connection with organizational vision, mission, and values.
