The Resilience Index is an indicator of how likely your team is to be able to adapt to the rapid changes that present themselves during the course of a company's lifecycle and their ability to stay productive during high stress and challenging times.

Resilience is one of three "fields" whose average score makes up the Performance Index. The Resilience Index takes scores coming from two "tracks" within the Resilience Field:

Track 1: Grit

At LEON - we define Grit as the level of perseverance and passion for long-term goals maintained by both company and its people.

Track 2: Adaptability

At LEON - we define Adaptability as the ability of an organization to quickly anticipate, prepare and adapt to change, with minimal cost to growth, operations, and the health of its people.
