The Resilience Index is an indicator of how likely your team is to be able to adapt to the rapid changes that present themselves during the course of a companies lifecycle and their ability to stay untied and productive during high stress and challenging times.
Resilience is one of three "fields" whose average score makes up the Performance Index. The Resilience Index takes scores coming from two "tracks" within the Resilience Field:
Track 1: Grit
